100cuvi Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Player") and 100cuvi ("Platform", "We"). This platform operates under international licensing and provides online casino and sports betting services to eligible users.

By registering, accessing or using any part of the 100cuvi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

100cuvi services are exclusive to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years or older at the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not included on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Not subject to any legal restriction that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Using legitimate personal funds and not involved in any money laundering activities.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 100cuvi platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all such accounts along with any fund balances held within them.

During the registration process, players are required to provide complete, accurate and current information including:

• Full name as per their identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in the player's name.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 100cuvi will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.

100cuvi accepts deposits via a range of secure and approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

All deposited funds must be legitimately owned by the player. 100cuvi is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Players must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name.
• The standard processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes after platform approval.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

100cuvi reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for anti-money laundering compliance review if suspicious transactions are identified. This process will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 100cuvi are subject to the wagering requirements set for each offer. Players are encouraged to read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

For the welcome bonus, the following general terms apply:

• A bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the total bonus received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Another example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

All games available on the 100cuvi platform operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure the fairness of every game round.

Players acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are random and cannot be guaranteed or predicted.
• The platform reserves the right to void bets if a significant technical error occurs that affects game outcomes.
• Accepted and confirmed bets are final unless a verifiable system error has occurred.
• The general RTP (Return to Player) for each game category is available in the respective game information.

For live casino games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack, the live dealer's decision is final once a round has been fully closed.

Players agree not to engage in any behaviour that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players. Specific prohibitions include:

• Using bots, automation software or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using offensive language or behaviour in the platform's communication channels.
• Submitting false information or impersonating another person during registration or in support communications.

100cuvi reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time with or without prior notice if there is reasonable cause. This includes but is not limited to:

• Confirmation that the player does not meet the age or identity eligibility requirements.
• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of information that the player is involved in illegal activities or fraud.
• A request from the player themselves for account closure or self-exclusion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 100cuvi support team via live chat or email. Legitimate funds in the account will be returned subject to the required review process.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuvi will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from the use of login credentials by an unauthorised party due to the player's own negligence.
• Unfavourable game outcomes in games that operate fairly and in accordance with the stated specifications.

100cuvi is committed to ensuring the platform operates in a stable and secure manner. Any technical issues affecting active bets will be resolved fairly at the platform's discretion.

100cuvi respects the privacy of every player and is committed to protecting personal information shared with us. All data is processed in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By using 100cuvi services, players agree that personal information may be used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and financial transaction processing.
• Account-related communications, promotions and customer support.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering legal requirements.
• Improvement of platform services and user experience.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which 100cuvi operates. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process.

If internal resolution does not reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to the regulatory authority under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Players agree to resolve any claims individually and not as part of a class action or collective action.

100cuvi reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform's website.

Players are advised to check this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
